User-Created Content

All content you create within Super Me is stored locally on your device, including:

• Financial records (transactions, categories, amounts, descriptions, dates)
• Habit data (habit names, frequencies, completion logs, streaks)
• Todo items (titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities, completion status)
• Notes and topics (topic names, note content, creation timestamps)
• Fitness data (metrics, measurements, goals, workout logs)

Device Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions to deliver its features:

• Notifications — to deliver habit reminders and todo deadline alerts
• Storage / Files — to allow data export and import via JSON backups
• Audio — to play feedback sounds and notification tones

Notification Tokens

• If you enable push notifications, OneSignal receives a device push token
• No personally identifiable information is attached to or transmitted with this token
• The token is used solely to deliver app notifications to your device

Core App Functionality

• Storing and displaying your financial transactions, categories, and budget summaries
• Tracking your habits, streaks, and completion history with visual analytics
• Managing your todos with priority-based sorting and overdue indicators
• Organizing your notes within topic-based hierarchies
• Recording and visualizing your fitness metrics and progress toward goals

Notifications & Reminders

• Scheduling local reminders for pending and upcoming habits
• Alerting you to high-priority and overdue todo items
• Delivering push notifications via OneSignal when the app is in the background (if enabled)

Data Export & Backup

• Generating a complete JSON export of all your app data on demand
• Allowing you to restore your data from a previous JSON backup file
• No data is uploaded or transmitted during export — files are saved directly to your device

Home Screen Widget

• Displaying a summary of your habits or todos on your device's home screen
• Widget data is read from your local device storage only
• No data leaves your device through the widget at any time

Local Storage

• All app data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device
• No personal productivity data is transmitted to external servers
• Your data remains entirely under your control at all times

No Cloud Storage

• Super Me does not currently sync data to any cloud service
• We do not have access to your personal productivity data at any time
• Future cloud sync features (e.g., Google Drive) will be strictly opt-in and clearly disclosed

Data Retention

• Data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device
• You can delete individual records or all feature data at any time from within the app

OneSignal

• Purpose: Delivering push notifications to your device
• Data Shared: Device push token only (no personally identifiable information)

Flutter Local Notifications

• Purpose: Scheduling and displaying local habit and todo reminders
• Data Shared: None — all notification scheduling occurs on-device

Home Widget

• Purpose: Displaying a productivity summary on your device's home screen
• Data Shared: None — widget data is read from local storage only

Data Access and Control

• View, edit, and delete any record you have created within the app
• Export all your data as a portable JSON file at any time from Settings
• Import a previous backup to fully restore your data

Notification Preferences

• Enable or disable habit reminders on a per-habit basis
• Control todo reminder notifications per item or priority level
• Revoke all notification permissions at any time through your device settings

Data Deletion

• Delete individual entries (transactions, habits, todos, notes, fitness logs) within the app
• Clear all data for a specific feature from the app's Settings screen
• Fully remove all app data by uninstalling the application from your device
